The Story

Upon award, THS had 9 days to prepare the land, move-in all life-support services, and have an operational Base Camp available to meet lodging requirements of up to 1,410 people. We worked with the client to define requirements and made adjustments to build a facility that met all TMD needs. From dining facilities, offices, an armory, a 24/7 gym, an inground pool, lounge, and library, the Base Camp was fully turnkey with quality of life in mind.

Key Challenges

Rapid deployment schedule of 9 days to source the land, retrofit spaces, and open an operational base. THS purchased an existing RV Park in record time and converted the RV Park amenities into useful spaces for military operations.
