Call us at 830.609.8855 or email us at reservations@teamhousing.com to get in touch with our reservations team. Our team will ask you about your preferences, needs, and time frame for your stay. When you call or email, make sure to have the number of rooms, single or double, the general location of where you need to stay, check-in & check-out dates, guest names, and any other pertinent information like company PO, job #, or reward #.
Selecting The Best Fit
Our team is dedicated to finding the perfect options to fit your team’s needs. Once we’ve gathered the very best choices, we’ll send you an email with several thoughtful options, making it easy for you to choose what feels right for you and your team.
Finalize Booking
Once you select the best option for you, our team will book the rooms. We will then send you an email confirmation with check-in instructions and reservation details for your records.
Check-In & Enjoy
You can now check in at the front desk, if applicable, and enjoy your stay. If any changes arise during your stay, such as an early checkout or the need for an extension, just give us a call or email. We will adjust the reservation to reflect those changes accordingly to ensure billing is 100% accurate from the hotel.
